Google Adsense loosing battle with copyright

Posted by | February 7, 2008 | Adsense

As you know I have totally stop using Google Adwords content program. The last couple of reports I sent to Google Adword have not yet after 3 month gotten any answer or refund.

My sites were shown on Iraq, Albanian and other low paying countries with MP3 downloads. If I blocked the site the next week it was back with anther name. I also reported it to Google Adsense but they did not bother to ban them.

Sure Adsense have a strict no copyright policy but to get where they actually ban someone is so difficult. The owner of the lets say photo have to hunt down every website with that Photo and report it to AdSense. Then you have to prove you are the owner in a written letter to USA and much much more. It will take days for you to provide this info and only a hour for them to apply for a new Adsense account and new website copy and paste.

Google Adsense is loosing the battle with copyright they have to use some common sense sometimes.

Let take this sexy Thai girls website as an example, it is number one on Google for sexy Thai girls. The name is even something like scanned photos from magazines, off course he has no copyright he scan them from magazines. It is so easy for Google to ban him right but they don’t. With this attitude and lack of interest they might sound tuff but they are loosing the battle.
