Google Adsense customer support keeps hinting that I should go to the support forums for more info. But why in everything’s that is holy should I do that?

I can give you some very good reasons why I should not go there

1. People give you wrong advice and your account gets banned from Adsense.
2. People use the forum for spam
3. People will track you down if you give them the wrong answer and abuse your adsense and then you get banned.

I really do not know why Google Adsense keeps on asking people to go there when they are not monitoring the site themselves?
