Can you have Google name and Adsense ads

I am a bit surprised by Google Adsense go ban this website from using Adsense beucase we have Google in the name and then allow this website to use Adsense

This site was banned 1 year ago because we have Google in the name but i seen serval others with Google in the name and that does not belong to Google.
