I posted many post in the DP forum and I wrote comments on the Adsense Deluxe home page but it looks like the Adsense Deluxe word press plug in is going to be stuck on version 2.0 and it does not show on 2.1 menu. I installed the Adsense Manager instead and it works about the same way even if I am used to Deluxe. I can tell you that I was surprised when I saw the deluxe menu suddenly appear on the right side when I have installed Adsense Manager. It must be some glitch in the system so I just let them both stay there for now.

So if you want Adsense Deluxe to show on word press 2.1 you install AdSense Manager.
