The plug in for Pay Per Post that will show a review me after every post turned out to no be a clever move after all. I tried it now for 1 month and I did not get one single review, come on you people you can at least write one! The other thing is that other blog and get paid companies did not approve of it so I have to add them manually now.

In the same time I took this plug in off I saw that AdSense Manager have been upgraded to 2.4 and now is working with the new WordPress update. My favorite Adsense program Adsense Deluxe is sadly still not updated since 2006.

With Adsense Manger you can add the Pay Per Post and other ads it works with other ads then Google as well.
