Google is paying people 10 $ when they recommend a shop to Google new Google Map program. You will get 2 $ when sign up and 8 $ when the business have confirmed the address. This is only available in the USA for the moment I think because you need a USA address and work permit.

All you have to do is take a photo of the business, write up the address and hours they are open and send it to Google.

You need to have a Google account that is a Gmail and then you can signup on this page for Google local Referral
