Pligg.com the look a like Digg.com is for sale on Sedo.com. Pligg is a free script in PHP and have loads of sites using there software but not that much profit it seams. They have not set up the shop that should have rendered them income from set ups and themes.
They claim to have over 10 000 register users and there is 2 IRC rooms dedicated 24/7 just for pligg.com. The software has been downloaded over 60.000 I will do that to now to and make a review for it later this week.
