YouTube has been unblocked in Thailand

According to this Thai Blog the Google owned site YouTube has been unblocked in Thailand. The site was blocked when some user with an IP number from the USA uploaded a offence video about the King and the current military government. Now it looks like the ICT minister of Thailand and YouTube have come to some sort of agreement.

To visit a blocked website from Thailand can justify the Police coming to your house and raid it with no search warrant. So next time your surf on a Internet Café in Thailand look out for the blue lights.
