Should I submit individually optimized pages to Google?

I very quick answer to that is no. You do not need to Google will find your sites within days from that you submit it. Google will also find all your pages if you just upload a site map in XML. This is the fastest way for Google to find your pages. There is absolutely no need for you to sit and spam Google or any other search engine with the same site but different directories. Because that’s what Google will think you doing spamming them.
