WordPress 2.3 will be shipped the 24 of September but there is already beta available for download. But be aware you should not download the beta if you don’t know your PHP properly and like to report error to WordPress.

You be sure that most of your favorite plug-in will not work either and your theme will look silly in a beta so hold the horses to the 1 October so that you make sure they have the stable version.
