How many emails have you sent to Adwords Click Fraud?

I sent about 10 now and every time I get the same answer. They give me a standard letter that is personalized to look better and then they feed me with the same stuff as in the previous letters.
I am a 1000 $ a month customer, that’s more then I pay in rent for my house and I can even trough in my car there as well.

For 1000 $ a month you think you should get more service and answer then that, its really sad that they work like an insurance company.

Insurance companies have polices to never admit they injury was because of your accident and because they never admit it they can never be liable.
If they open a small window then the “customer” can force it self in to a bigger pot of money and I guess because they are in America if they agree to one click fraud millions more will follow.

Here is a standard letter I got from Google Adword

Hello xxxxxx,

Our team received your concern regarding increased traffic from Argentina.
We appreciate your patience while we researched this issue.

After thoroughly reviewing your account, we were unable to find any
conclusive evidence of invalid clicks charged to your account. The
increase in activity you noticed appears to be a result of the
distribution of your ads on the Google Network. It is normal to see an
increase in clicks and impressions when your ads begin to show in
additional search and content sites within the Google network. The clicks
charged to your AdWords account are typical of normal user and system
behaviour.

Please know that the performance of your AdWords ad or keywords varies
depending on several factors, including user behavior and changes in Web
content. Web traffic varies from day to day, and this expected fluctuation
may affect the performance of your campaign.

The security of AdWords advertisers is a top priority for Google and we
will continue to monitor all clicks on your ads to prevent abuse. For more
information about our invalid click policies, please visit

Sincerely,
