Google is the worlds biggest search engine they took over from Alta Vista in 1998. When Google open Alta Vista just disappear as number one search engine. Google is headquartered in Mountain View employs over 3,000 workers. Dr. Eric Schmidt, former CEO of Novell, took over as Google’s CEO when co-founder Larry Page stepped down.
Are you having problem with too little time and to many new employees running trough the company? It’s not easy to find the time to train them all and especially when some one quits and does not train the new person. You should start looking for companies that offer computer based training it will save you loads of time and it will keep staff motivated and alert. You can keep updating them and motivate without having to let them out from the office. If someone is working in another office in another city it wont be a problem since all is happening on computers.
Google is looking into to paid links according to their unofficial spokes person Matt Cutts. In his new blog post he talked about no follow links and paid links and how to stop them.
According to him Google will soon start looking in to this and probably punish people that have hidden and paid links.
What will this do for the small user, I guess a lot because its very time consuming to make your own links and only if you have plenty of staff do you the option to let them sit and exchange links. It will also affect the newly boomed Pay Per Post companies that made a lot of money selling paid links to people in blogs.
