Google Adsense is not the only company that pays you to put ads in or near videos. The company called Blinkx also does it and they do it very easy for us users. I signed up in 2 sec with just my email and password and that was it. I did not have any video so they provided me with one from Adsense that I could take and put on my blog and if some one click on the ads I get paid. Let see how well the do against the newly launched Google Adsense Video.
