The ICT minister was only joking when he said that he would unlock the You Tube. I do not think it is that funny for a Minister of a country that checks 2 website and does not know how to use internet jokes about that.

He was also only joking when he said he should give up the control over the banning website. Let’s see if our friends in Thailand can make a change after the election.
